Uninstall "Leftovers" Utility

    Appreciate some assistance.

    Trying to help a friend uninstall Juno ISP software. For some reason, the program does not appear in the Add/Remove Programs of Control Panel. Have no idea how that happened, and he does not know either.

    Someone know of a good utility that will help get rid of whatever portions (files, registry entries, etc.) of Juno are in the pc? Did a search and found a gazillion utilities. Looking for something, preferably freeware, that someone has tried and recommends.

    Was suggested a utility called JV16.
