    Hi,

There is a new program update for SAS, but when I click to install it, I get the following message:

"This update must be done from an account with Administrator privileges. "

I have just purchased a net-book which came with Windows 7 starter. The first day I got it, I could not download or install any of my security programs, until I went back to the store where I purchased it. The tech there looked at it and made a couple of changes and told me that it had been set to high security which never happens. From then on, I had no trouble updating my programs.

Any help will be appreciated as to how I can solve this issue. TIA.
