Unable to defrag

    I am using XP Pro and unable defrag the hard drive. It comes with error me message "It is not a valid win32 apllication ". Any help will be appreciated.

    defrag from a cmd prompt or the one from the "manage" GUI?

    Exact, complete error message would help too.
