trouble with downloading

    Hello maddy,

    Go back to my post on tasklist.exe. Download it and move it to \Windows\System32 and follow the instructions to run it from start > run > cmd and type tasklist.exe and enter.

    The file opens with Notepad. Easy to copy and paste into your post.
