trouble sending out files

    I'm having trouble with file transfering, I seem to have little trouble receiving them via ICQ, messenger or AIM, but sending them out never works. no idea why this is.

    any ideas?

    I am using windows xp PRO and a linksys router (BEFSR41)

    My mate is having the same problem as you are, and he is running XP H.E.
    Might have something to do with XP, might not.
    He also cant send files, nor recieve them, so any suggestions would be appreciated by me also to get him sorted as well.
    We've checked all firewall possibility problems that they're could be but no luck.... we're stuck :(
