    I'm trying to run my factory restore disk, but when I turn off the computer and back on, it doesn't pick up the cd. Any suggs?

    A couple of different things to try;

    Reboot your system and as it's coming back up try pressing the F8 key. A menu should display, from this select Boot from CD.

    if that isn't an option

    Reboot your system and as the system begins to reload press the F1 key to enter the BIOS Setup. From within the BIOS Setup you should be able to select the boot sequence to make your CD Drive the first boot item.

    Be careful while in BIOS Setup. Monkeying around with other things may make your system unbootable.
