   Downloaded new software for my mouse, but it won't load.
   Software suggests a restart and turning off virus protection.
   I may be nuts, but I'm not crazy, so that won't be happening.
   I suspect Spybot is the cause, but don't know how to it turn off.

   Make and Model number of the mouse please...
   
   Please describe "won't load."
   What steps are you taking to load? Are the drivers on a cd etc???

   Scan the download to ensure it is virus free - physically disconnect from the internet, turn off antivirus, try to install.
   
   Remember to re-enable av.
