Hi , I have the above virus on my decktop as well as: Joke_blue screen,
    : win32/adware.virtumonde and :win32/privacy remover.m64.
The following action were taken by Trend micro-via dial in-with a positive result as far as getting rid of the viruses, but I also lost all Internet audio and Internet printing functions.
I can hear and print just fine from all files stored on the desktop.
The ybrowser warning still pops up-as stated below.

THIS WAS POSTED ORIGINALLY IN THE WRONG SECTION-SORRY.

Hi PETE, well the 2 gigs arrived. Took some time developing the guts to tear into the Compaq. Installed these and a samsung dvd+/- rw and all seemed ok for about 1 wk.
The TREND-PRO now loads within 1 minute(6-7 minutes b4 the ram increase)
Then got hit with a trojan cutwail.de, Joke_blue screen, win32/adware.virtumonde and win32/privacy remover.m64.(too much play room?)
Called the Trendmicro guys. They remotely removed/reloaded a lot of s/ware.
Well, I got the bad things removed, I hope...
BUT, now I get no audio on anything I view on the internet as well as am not able to print(copy) articles/instructions from the internet.
A message stating:" ybrowser.exe entry point not found. The procedure entry point SETUPITERATE Cabinet A could not be located in the dynamic link library SETUPAPI.dll "
shows up each time I click on anything on the screen. By ok-ing it ( or closing it) you are able to get to what you want.
The Internet is a different story. If I want to print an article I get this message::" ybrowser.exe entry point not found. The procedure entry point SETUPAPI.CM_GET_DEVICE_IDW could not be located in the dynamic link library CFGMGR32.dll.
I did e-mail the TREND guys. I have performed the sfc /scannow 2x- all seems to be OK.
Meaning: no prompts/directions were given by the window scan.
The next thing I am supposed to do is a sysytem restore to a date 2 weeks prior to 8/22/08.(Date the trend guys dialed into the computer)
The bad thing is that I bought this Compaq with XP loaded and do not have a Windows XP disk- if requested.
Given the prior, less than positive, experience with the trend guys- is this the right thing to do?
If not, what should the next logical step be. I've noticed a few dll fixes sites available on your site. How good are these?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi winuke,

Lets get a look at your system.
    • Download RSIT by random/random and save it to your desktop.
    • Double click RSIT.exe to start the tool and click Continue at the disclaimer.
    • When the scan completes it will open a log named log.txt maximized, and a log named info.txt minimized.
    • Please post the contents of both logs here in your next reply.
