Resolved Totally dumb and dumber...

    ok. Like a good little munchkin, I changed my password on my windows hotmail account, and went off to sleep. Woke up, booted the pc, and BAM, I forgot my gosh darn new password. So, I clicked on "request to forward reset ". But, its sending that info. to my email account that I cant access. It says I can use my alternate account.... but I dont have one! What the hell...... I use my hotmail account for my home based business, and now Im out of business...... please, can anyone help me? Im desperate.....:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Why? You've helped me before? Im using Windows Vista, and I cant access my Windows Live account when I boot up. Its the same password used for my windows email!

    Its doubtful that you got any password help - read the rules. You may also want to be aware of this.

    We only can point you to the Hotmail Password Reset Page.

    You can choose Provide account information and answer your secret question, but I guess you never set one up.

    Your last option is to provide as much detail as possible so Windows Live Hotmail support can connect you to your account.
