The page cannot be displayed.....

Anytime I come to this site I always have the same problem and it is only on this site..

When I first come to this site I get the error

"Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site Http://windowsbbs.com/ operation aborted "

Then I am sent to the page which says "The page cannot be displayed" etc...

Then if I click refresh it loads this site no problem.
Also even if I set this site as my homepage exactly the same thing happens except I must click HOME and the page loads perfectly.

Any ideas whats wrong??

Temp files are always cleaned, I've increased disk for my temp files etc.
It's kind of irratating because like I said, this is the only site it happens on.

 

Of course he meant click the log in link, not lick, but it did provide me some amusing mental pictures of people all over the world licking the upper right corner of there screen waiting for something to happen hahah....Sorry.
