I've been in this community for a few months now. I joined because as a retiree I found myself with the time on my hands try to understand and deal with the day-to-day problems with a computer from the perspective of an absolute beginner.
It is heartening in this day and age to find people willing to give up their time to offer a helping hand and whilst I am still a novice I feel a lot more confident about a subject which to many of us is a complete mystery and to whom SNAFU is the norm.
