Temperror32.dat probs

Can anyone helo me? Norton finds this file in C:\windows\system32 folder Temperror32.dat It says its elitebar adware. I have deleted everything Im told to but this file keeps coming back as soon as you delete it. You can see it reappear in the window as soon its gone. Does anyone know how to permanently delete this? Thanks

Very sorry you haven't gotten a reply yet. If you still need help with this, download HijackThis.exe from here. Save it to a permanent folder (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT). Open and click scan, then save log. Once it is saved it will open in notepad. Select all from the edit button, copy and paste the results here. Don't fix anything with it yet!

 

cheers. i had more probs so i backed up everything i needed onto my creative jukebox and reformatted, only took me a few hours everytihng running smoothly now
