Taskbar Moved

All the sudden my taskbar jumped to the righthand side of the screen. I found the Taskbar control at >Start >Settings >Taskbar & Start Menu, but there's no option to change where it lives. How the heck to I put it back across the bottom? Thanks in advance!

 

Try putting your cursor on a blank spot on the task bar, hold down your left clicker and drag the task bar back to the spot you want it. If at first it doesn't take, try again and again. It will finally get there.

 

Mudd, I swear I tried that half a dozen times! After I read your post I went back to do it again just to prove it doesn't work, and of course it worked. Thank you!

 

Know the feeling. Many things in my short experience with a PC have shown that "the can't" can easily become the "always will. "

PCs are insubordinate to the lessor experienced users like myself.
