I made a restore point before I installed a Movie Edit Pro program. After I installed the program, I discovered that my Roxio Easy CD Creator program that came on my computer had caused some sort of conflict with this program causing my burner drive and DVD drive not to be recognized by Windows and wouldn't function with Windows XP burning feature. I restored back to the point before I installed the movie program and burning drives were back to normal. The Movie Edit Pro program is no longer listed in ADD/Remove Programs nor in my list of All Programs and no sign of it that I could find in the registry but there is still a folder for it on my C drive and looks like all the subfolders and files are still there. Does the System Restore feature only remove entries from the registry when you restore back? If I delete the program folder and all sub folders and files from my C drive, is the program completely removed from my computer? Thanks for any help.

Should be. Any system files that were changed by it should be restored to the originals by system restore and all of the registry entries will be gone. That leaves only the program's folder and it's contents left to be deleted. Delete it and it should be gone.
