System Restore problems

Recently I restored my computer so it was like new, except there is a folder named "my old data." This contained all my mp3's i wished to keep, so i went back to it after the restore, but it will not allow me to go under my old users documents and settings. When i click it, it says that the folder is not accessible and access is denied. I was an administrator, and I was wondering how I could get into the folder, becuase i NEED these songs
