hi. hoping someone here has the answer to this one. you all haven't failed me yet!
my problem: my system clock is stuck on military time. before this came about, i could go in and there was always an AM/PM part that i could adjust accordingly. now, every time that i try to reset it back to regular timekeeping by typing in the correct time, after a short time it resets back to military.
i have tried numerous programs that synch time but none have helped.
    thanks in advance.

    Hi tonylouwanna...

This is what I do to switch...
    1) Get into Control panel
    2) Select\click "Regional and Language Options "
    3) Under the "Regional Options" tab "Standards and formats" section click on the "Customize" button
    4) Select\click on the "Time" tab. You will notice on the bottom of the window it tells you the "Time format notation" and you will also notice that lower case "h" equals 12 hour format and upper case "H" equals 24 hour format.
    5) In the "Time format" window change the option to a lower case "h" option then click "Apply" button...you will see in the Sample section what your time will look like.

    Hope this helps
