    No, I didn't get a DPF. And I got to thinking more about why it wasn't in Adella's log, which was on the 21st, she reports AVG found on the 23rd. She must have just picked it up since posting the logs.

    I'm not exactly sure when this happened since I wasn't the one on the computer. My husband really doesn't know much about computers except turn off and on and browse. When I told him we had a problem is when he told me about avg popping up and telling him about a virus. He said he ran avg but it scanned real quick, which meant to me that he didn't scan entire drive. At some point he must have scanned it though for avg to catch it.
    I've been reading about this on the web I guess it's a trojan. And if this virus isn't what it was that was causing me problems, then I have no idea what or where this thing came from. So far everything seems to be fine now.
