Resolved Sound stopped working?

    With my last windows update my sound stopped working.

    Hi Ron. Do you know which windows update caused the sound to stop working? Have you tried using System Restore and restoring your computer to an earlier date before the sound stopped working?

    If System Restore doesn't work have you tried uninstalling the problematic update and seeing if your sound comes back?

    If none of those options work then I would reinstall your sound drivers and see if your sound gets restored. What sound device do you have installed?

    No idea which update caused this. I reloaded the drivers from mu Asus m/b dirver disk. They are back on.
