Shutdown/Restart....slow

    Everytime i shutdown/restart my computer, it generaqlly takes a few minutes....its really slow..

    Unless you need it try disabling Fast User Switching .....

    Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way .... > Uncheck Use Fast User Switching.
