Sharp AJ1100 Printer Problems

I have a sharp colour inkjet printer, model number AJ 1100.
For some reason it won't print anything in colour, but prints black ink fine. The ink cartridges are full and have recently been replaced. Ive tried uninstalling the printer drivers and then reinstalling them, but this hasn't worked. I dont know what else to do. I would appreciate any suggestions from anyone with just a helpful idea or someone who has experience with this printer or problem.

Did you check your printer settings to make sure that it is not set to just print in black?

 

Yes i have tried that. I have also tried cleaning the printer heads, and changing the cartridges as well as reinstalling the printer drivers and nothing has worked.
