I am having troubles sharing filies, even printers on a network. Last week, I replaced Win98 computers at a site to XP. They have a NT4.0 Server and each XP machine does log onto the domain. Each user on the domain is setup as Domain Admin (we are only talking about 3 computers on this network) and when I view the users on each workstation, domain admins is one of the options.

If I share a folder on one of the xp machines and the try to get to that computer from the other xp pc's, it isn't accessible.

I have done this over and over again and this setup isn't working. Any ideas what I need to do?

    Thanks.

    Nick

XP-pro should play fine on a classic NT4 domain.

Can't tell for sure from your post but
    - problems with all workstations or just some?
    - PDC event logs indicate no problems when a workstation tries to connect?
    - workstations are using static IP or DHCP assigned? If DHCP, you are seeing IP address /subnet entries that match what you expect?
