    Hello to all,

A client has Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 installed. Everything has been working fine for a long time until today when the client decided to upgrade a database called CASETRACK onto the server. The older version of this worked fine. CASETRACK installs SQL.

Anyhow, I logged into the server and cannot access any of the administrative tools. There is no 'run' option on the start menu and there is no 'my computer' icon on the desktop. I cannot access services.msc or eventviewer.

Exchange looks like it has been completely removed.

I have ran a remote chkdsk and rebooted but to no avail.

I cannot access the backup remotely as it says the removable storage manager is not accessible!!1

Any ideas would be really grateful,

    Kind regards,
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff
I also work with lawyers and their and their proprietary software
The support people at CaseTrack should be able to help you
If not post back with what version they had and what they updated to
