   Hi
   When I start up my computer now i get a message "this application has failed to start because see32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem ".
   
   I have no idea what program this is from. I have since removed two see32.dll files in Windows/system but this has made no difference.
   
   Any ideas?

   Looks like the file is related to dBASE 7.x.
