Scanner problem

    Scanner problem: Have a Microtek 4600 scanner which works fine importing pictures to my programs. Today I loaded OmniPage Pro and problems began.

    It wants to scan a page; gets as far as the top of of the scanner but will not return. It sticks at the top and makes a loud chattering noise. Also, the computer seems to be locked up and I must shut down to get its use again.

    Reckon I would uninstall omnipage pro software & go from there.
