Scan question

    The other day I was attacked by the vundo trojan. What I would like to know is there a way to check something after it was downloaded but before you open it? If so, how and with what, please?

    Many anti-virus programs have an entry in the right click menu. Just right click the file and select the scan option for your anti-virus program.

    You could also use MBAM. It includes a scan option in the right click menu.
