I really hope that after a while I would also be able to help,
not only to ask..

I am 19 Years old, working currently with one of the biggest IT companies, with the IT support department in a 2nd 3rd level environment, I basically came here because of a specific question, however discovering the possibilities, I am sure I would only benefit of reading all the topics here
