I'd like to save one of the "folders" in my Outlook Express in My Documents but haven't been able to figure it out. I can't send it nor can I copy it. If I copy ALL the contents I can paste but then it's in a format I can't open. Any easy way to save this info outside of OE?

Two ways - probably more ...........

    1. For each message in the folder File > Save As > txt, eml (eml files open in OE by double clicking). Default save location is My Documents. Long winded.

    2. Go here Inside Outlook Express for various ways of backing up messages in OE.

    Does this help?

Hoping not to do this one message at a time; was hoping to somehow copy the contents or "send" it to another location for storage.
    Any other suggestions anyone?
What are these "essential outlook express tools" that I was reading about on the Inside Outlook Express site. Are they safe to download and use?

    Got it!
Thanks. That method worked; quite easily.
