Roxio Driver error

Hi All
Could someone help me help someone else.
This person gets this message...

Since changing to Windows XP, on every start up this message appears:

"'CD Recording software' will cause Windows to become unstable. Windows has prevented these drivers from loading. Click here for more details."

clicking brings me to the Help and Support Center -
"CD Recording Software Roxio,Inc. A CD recording driver is installed that might cause stability problems, including problems shutting down and problems using a CD/DVD drive. This driver will be disabled."

It lists EASY CD CREATOR which I had and I would be glad to delete the driver, but I can't find its location. Please advise on the method of eliminating the driver so that the message doesn't appear anymore.

I tried to have them find the driver in Device Manager and to find Roxio in add/remove but I guess it is not there.

That's my problem - neither Roxio or the program to create a CD are listed anywhere that I've been able to find. When I click on the opening balloon I get to a site that does not offer a free upgrade, but says that Roxio has a wonderful new program that they will sell to me for the 'bargain' price of $79.95 (after rebate).
I'm ready to find a way to do away with the opening message. Thanks for the suggestions, any more?

Anyone have any ideas how to stop this ?

I'm guessing that it's version 5.x.x, and you need to get the updates to either 5.3.5 or 5.3.5.v10, for whichever version you have. I just had to do the same thing.
