I have an older Nokia Multigraph 445X 21 ". My problem is when I change resolution, the 1024x768 and up, work well, but somehow the 800x600 is in the wrong place and wrong shape. I change this, but when I return to 1024x768 (more often 1280X1024) this is distorted.
If you are wondering why I change resolutions, well some games that I play only work in 800x600. What can I do?
Is there software that could help me? By maybe changing the formats to the right ones when I change resolution. I don't know if this is possible, but this is starting to annoy me.
    Thank you for any answer.

Just about all monitors built in the past 5 years or so have the ability to "center ", "stretch ", and "move" your display to fill the screen. After doing this, you "store" the setting (usually up to 30 or so settings can be stored). Now whenever you switch resolutions, the monitor makes the changes for you. So, get your monitor manual out and see!

Thank you for the answer, got me going and I found the answer,(not in the manual, as I'm second owner) and it seems as have had it 60 hrz and when changed to 85hrz, it works. No so-called saving, it just needed the refresh rate changed, how wierd.
    Thank you anyway, RASelkirk.
