Removing a suspicious prog.

    I've run virus scans and it does not register. At startup, a search box always appears at the bottom right of my screen. While on, it slows down the pc. I have no desire for it. I have found the directory c:\windows\isrvs.
    However, every time I try to delete it or change it from read only I get an access denied message. Please help :confused:
