Windows Vista remove programe

when i need to remove the nti cd maker program this words appear
error 1316 anetwork error accured while reading from c\windows \instaaller \nti cd maker.msi

First, if you have turned off User Account Control, try turning it back on and running the uninstall again.

Find the file, go to Start -> Computer -> C:\ -> Windows -> Installer, right-click on the file and first try running the selection Repair, then try the selection Uninstall. I might even try running the selection Install (reinstall it) before trying the uninstall again.

PS, are you using an administrator account to run the uninstall?
