    Hello Bob,

    TotalUninstall http://www.martau.com/

There used to be a free version around, but that's gone.

One thing I'm not clear on: reload it reload what? Do you mean a reboot?

    Regards - Charles

    remove

no not a reboot I remove my Incredimail in control panel remove programs and I want to reload a older version so I have the junk mail felter in the new one its the plus and you have to buy it. So when I remove it and reload another version it keeps picking up the newer version and all my mail and address .

    Hi Bob,

You can also do a search on the files after removal with either the OS's search and use regedit to search for reg entries, or use a reg cleaner like RegSeeker to both search and cleanup any leftovers.

If you do decide to use Total Uninstall, the way to tackle this would be to:

uninstall whatever version you now have installed using the Add/remove

then install the new version thru TU

then uninstall thru the Add/remove again

then after that use TU to get rid of the leftovers.

And use RegSeeker then to double check for any remnants: http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm

    Regards - Charles
