   If I bought a REAL, TRULY legit Windows XP Pro Reinstallation CD WITH Product Key and COA are there any hoops that I need to jump thru to make it install, and pass the MS legit authorization hoops afterwards.

   Reinstallation CD's are generally made for specific computers....If the one you purchased matches your pc, you should be good to go.
