    RegSeeker, one of the free ones I use - the other freebie I use is the last free copy of jvPowerTools.

    A bit of advice when using RegSeeker or any other reg cleaner: do not "fix" all the entries at once, work on them a little at a time. Also either use System Restore (if you're running WinME or XP) or backup the Registry before the cleaning. RegSeeker does by default backup, but use belt and suppenders :)
