I have experienced this problem before but thought it was rectified.
It happens when I use Internet Explorer & Outlook Express.
There are other times when I go on & all is okay.
Any ideas about what might be causing this???

I am still having this problem intermittantly and now I have had a message come up which says "Current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page etc." Is this the problem?
    My security setting is medium.

Suggest you need to customise your security settings to allow some ActiveX controls.

In IE, Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level and set the ActiveX controls and plugins to (in order of appearance)

    Prompt, Disable, Disable, Enable, Enable
