ThePumpkinQueen--An online program? I have not heard of one. But there are programs you can download.
Ability to undelete what has been deleted "a long time ago ". Chances are not good, but who knows? When you delete a file, it still exists on the hard drive, but Windows knows that space can now been written over when needed. So the more downloading since the deletion, the less likely a recovery can be made.
But you could try Restoration (free)

Normally I would say to download Restoration to a floppy (and run it from there), because you do not want to risk overwriting the deleted file. However, in your case???
P.S. There are many more "undelete" programs if you want. Most cost. Run a search on www.google.com if you feel Restoration is not for you.
