Received messages, inactive links

i have outlook express and microsoft word but i can never access links inside the body of received messages.

If you mean that there are links but when you click on them, nothing happens, take a look at the MS KB article, "Internet Shortcuts in Outlook Express Do Not Start Web Browser " for the fix.

 

Are you running some type of "Popup Killer "?
