So, i have this spyware infection in my computer and i've try every way to get rid of it, except doing a system reboot, I wanna do a reboot anyway just to clean off the rest of my hard drive, but Dell never sent me a disk with the computer to do a reboot, so how do i have to start it?

On the Start Menu>All Programs, probably under Dell Accessories, should be software to make your own restore/recovery disks.
