When selecting shutdown, PC will go throuhg its normal shutdown procedure. It will turn off and after 2 seconds start back up again by itself.
What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

I think something in the PC's BIOS has to be ammended, I'm afraid I don't know what though!

This used to happen at my old company, the PC's used were Dell Optiplex's running NT4 and Win2000.
