This is an ad on the net: Please read all of it as an explanation of it follows, as I questioned his legality to do this. What do you say.

    MS Office 2007 for PC.
    -
    Suite includes:
    Access 2007
    Communicator 2007
    Excel 2007
    Groove 2007
    Infopath 2007
    Outlook 2007
    OneNote 2007
    Powerpoint 2007
    Publisher 2007
    Word 2007
    .
Unrestricted use, all future updates, technical advice, fully supported.
No disk is included in this offer (you will not need it).

This is an explaination of it:

    1) I control the usage (that's why you don't get a disk), and $40 is for one user (one computer) only. I'm an IT professional and the software I use is for bulk installations. I'm not charging for the software itself, you become an OEM client by paying for my time to install it. Note: this is not for corporate use, you would have to purchase a corporate license ($450 last I checked) if your business has a certain number of users (that number may be as few as 5).

    2) I guarantee reinstallations as needed (within reason) for a MINIMUM of a year, but presumably for the life of your computer. I hope you will use me for any technical support issues you have in the future, and recommend me to your friends, and this is a way for me to make contacts. You would have to keep my contact information to ensure reinstallation. I guess that's the risk.

    3) My experience is that updates for my software never, ever ask for a disk. If there's any issue, I'll support it, and if you're not satisfied, I'll refund.

Exactly. Using common sense obviously tells you this is a scam!

That is what I thought, but wanted to check it out. Same person has Windows XP Pro for $50. So like the man says "Run Forest Run. "
