Problem with IE 6

    I'm new to this forum so I hope someone can help me out. I've been using IE 6 for a while now with no problems until yesterday. Starting yesterday IE6 won't load pages. All I get is a blank page. I tried to reload IE6 and when I get to the window that asks if I want a standard install or a custom install, it freezes and won't go any further. Netscape works fine, but I prefer to use IE. Any suggestions or ideas?

    BTW- My ISP is Comcast.
