problem loading

my mozilla keeps showing problem twice or thrice until i refresh it speed has become slow

 

Can you give some detail? Like Mozilla version, are you deleting the Cache, periodically, is it starting ok, but you find the issue only when you browse. And, does it happen all the time? Finally which operating system do you have?

 

windows xp sp2 256 ram it keeps happenning when i browse or start

 

There is a possibility that 256MB RAM is not enough. Just refreshing should not have any effect. You still did not give the Mozilla version, nor if you have deleted Cache.

The Mozilla 1.7 Release Notes (still need your version) lists these system requirements:

Windows XP

Processor: Pentium 233 MHz (or faster)
RAM: 64 MB
Free hard disk space: 26 MB

The amount of RAM is well below what I would recommend, even for the OS. We need not only the Version of Mozilla you're using, but also your processor speed (MHz), and the amount of RAM.
