I have a small network at home which consists of two computers. One of the computers has a printer attached to it and the other one has access to it. I have configured Norton's Firewall to allow connections for both computers. Now after I reboot the computer that is not attached to the printer, I can not print. I can ping the other, but still won't print. I have to uninstall the printer and then reinstall it for it to work. Keep in mind I have to do this every time I reboot the computer that is not attached to the printer. What could I be doing wrong?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

When installing, do you go to Printers and Faxes>Add a Printer>Network Printer?

    Both operating systems XP?
