Have been using Incredimail for the past year or so now. But lately, I have been getting anywhere from 3 - 6 of the same emails downloading. I've searched their site as well as others to see if there is a work around but haven't found any that really work.

On one occasion, I let all emails download (some 3000+) and as suggested clicked the "get mail button ", that seemed to take care of the problem for 1 day. Then the following day, had same issue.

Can someone please tell me (suggest) what to do to clear this problem of double/triple emails?

FYI: using Windows xp ~ sp3.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Thank you for the help. Have tried everything as suggested short of installing Freepops.

Am on Yahoo via ATT U-verse . So that type of apps should already be there (or so I'm told).

    Still have the same problem.

Thank you, will give a look and try from the sites suggested. Will get back and let you know the outcome, probably after the Holiday.

Hope everyone has a Great 4th!!

Found out it was a server problem or so it seems. Once the server was fixed, the double plus emails went away. The other thing I did was remove the tool bar that seems to install itself with the updates.

Only time will tell if this really took care of the double plus emails.

Hi Ray, when you install Incredimail and you don't want the Ask Toolbar that I find annoying, when installing do not use Express or most common cant remember exactly what it is called, use Custom here you have the option not to install the Ask toolbar.
