    .pps -Powerpoint Slide Show.It may well not be possible to download a .pps from a specific web site - much would depend on the way it is written, but try Right Click > Save Target As.

    Sand Crab--do you have MS Office so you can open (view) the .pps file?
    If not, you can get a PowerPoint Viewer here

    When you said how to "download ", did you mean download to your harddrive or just how to open (view) the .pps file. If the latter, you should be able to just click on the file, once you have a Viewer installed.
