power supply / volt readings

    Can anybody send or tell me were on the web I can find, how to trouble shoot the connections on my power supply. It is a 20 pin connector. Such as if I put my test probe on # 3 pin and # 10 pin I should read X amount of volts.

    One method I used in another life was to put the common lead to grd and probe with the other lead. Almost always if there is a source problem, one can isolate the problem with this method.
