pictures do not show

I use win 2000 when a page displays I get the words but no pictures, The only way I get pictures is by right clicking the picture and pressing the show picture. Thanks for your help

 

ugostar--You say this is happening on all pages but a right click|Show Picture will cure the problem.
Simplest possible solution would be to be sure the box Show Pictures is checked in IE Tools|Internet Options|Advanced tab|Multimedia section. (At least that is where it is in Win98.) If not check it, click Apply|OK.
Another possibility is that you should clean out your Cache (Temporary Internet Files).
