Picture Navigator program

    I have a JVC video camera that also has digital still photos. I have to download the photos directly into the computer. It uses a program called Picture Navigator to do this. It was no problem on my old machine (98SE), but I can't get it to work on my new computer with XP. It uses a 9-pin connnector to the back of the computer. I get an error message of Connection failed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    You may need the XP update to Picture Navigator. You can get it here.
