PC Mover by LapLink

    Hi all, I am trying to get some feedback about PC Mover any comments good or bad are appreciated.
    Can PC Mover transfer my Router Settings.

    Can't comment on PCMover, never used it but your router settings should be on your router not your PC.

    Your connection settings are a different story and I'd imagine they'd be transferred but best waiting for others to confirm.

    Hi wildfire, thank you, I have heard today from LapLink that no, PC Mover will not transfer my Router connection settings, which makes me think that the program will not really do very much at all, apart from moving files and folders.
    Back to the drawing board I guess.

    Pc Mover does a great job of moving Program files and data from old computer to the new one without needing the original program disks.

    But I believe that's all it is designed to do.
