I am currently logged onto my Windows Domain account, 2003 server.
I changed my password yesterday and i forgot it. While still logged on is there a way to retieve my current password? The domain admin will not be back for a few days, and i need to reboot soon.

    Thanks

do you have another logon ID with administrator rights? if yes, you can logon using the ID. otherwise,

edit note: good suggestion and would certainly work but as stated in rule #6 of the forum Posting Rules
    I removed the specifics. Newt

Don't know if this applies to windows server but in win xp to change the password to any account, go into a DOS pompt and type
    net user <username> <new pass>
Exclue the <> and there is a space between every word
